I did it! I have stopped collecting fleece from local farmers...for the time being. But, now I have fleece coming from Chocolate Wools (Dunedin) and I am being given rovings and wools that are surplus to others requirements, so I am now adding these to new creations.


Flower Essences:

Well, things are really changing here! I had been working with the Tropical Astrology system with the essences that I have studied, and am in the process of finding out how True Sky Astrology will work with the essences. If you are interested in taking a dive into upgrading your Astrological data too True Sky, you know how to get in touch.


Come and get your 2025 Flower Essence blend, either Tropical or True Sky, and schedule in your next solar round essence (birthday). Consultations available at the Taupaki Hall, for September/ October times are 11:30-12noon & 1:30-2pm,

Sunday 14th of Sept, Sunday 12th October, Friday 24th October. Bookings times are for 30mins each, and can be made by dropping a message via the contact box on our website front page. Cost is $50 for my time and includes one flower essence bottle containing 5 essences (1-84).

Oh Yeah! We went to a couple of markets and craft groups as a vendor and ended up demonstrating at all of them. Oratia Bowling Club Winter Market, Wellsford Spin In (Creative Fibre) loads of visitors, and next weekend we will be at the Dairy Flat Spin In (Creative Fibre) hopefully this will be well patronised as well 31st August.


Next Month is the Rare Breeds Challenge, I have been in the foreground and the background of this, from the 26th and the 27th of September, check out the Combined Church Hall in Oratia for New Zealand Rare Breed fleece artisans who have crafted the most amazing items, all by hand! Soap Box - We have, lol or don't have,

All Gone-Kawakawa and Dandylion leaves infused and macerated into a lovely light green soap. Next batch will come once plant material is available*

All Gone-Mugwort Herb Leaf infused soap that is an off white colour.*

All Gone-Calendula petals infused soap that is a gorgeous buttermilk colour*.

Coffee grounds our specialty exfoliating soap.

All Gone-Rosemary infused leaf macerated into the oils includes Essential Oil, other wise known as The Hedge Maiden*.

New Batch but nearly all gone- Cypress Essential Oil other wise know as The Arborist and New batch of Rose Geranium soap has been made.

Plain Bars are still in the production line!

*means plants are still sleeping or providing much needed food for bees.


Smoke Shop - out of season


Sheepish Stuff - Stocks are pretty good at the moment, but once the peg looming classes get underway, I am guessing I will be peddling the wheel in the evenings, and I was right! I have almost 300mtrs of stock.

Wool sit mats, there are several octogenarian ladies out there who have given me feedback on their sit mats...

I take it everywhere, it helps to keep the pain in my back manageable! LL

New Stocks Coming, dang still coming! - of Peppermint and Rose Geranium magnesium balms and sprays, all now out of season.


Comfrey and Lavender Essential Oil Balm is made! Here is what a customer has said. The second batch of balm is just as effective as the first, which is fantastic. Thank you so much for your wonderful expertise, have a beautiful day. This makes me feel really happy that customers are benefitting from what I do.
