In the event of damaged or faulty products, or incorrect products being packed, we are happy to replace the goods at no extra charge. Please choose your items carefully as we do not refund or replace products for incorrect orders being processed.

Local Orders

All orders placed for delivery within New Zealand will incur a minimum rate of $7.50 postage and handling but will be dependant on number of products purchased. Our aim is to process your order as soon as possible, however delays may occur so please allow 7-10 working days for delivery. 

Your items may arrive in a standard plastic courier bag, we are using up our old stocks and will be using other options as they arrive. Our packaging may be bubble wrap, or cardboard depending on what is available. We are working toward using up all of our plastic wrapping and be assured we are moving toward other options. We have sturdy wooden boxes as an alternative to bags for your purchases, these are available when you come and purchase from us in Swanson. With this option you have the added bonus that the items will not fall out of the box on the way home in your car! We are also very happy for you to bring back your glass and aluminium containers.
